WALK-WITH-A-HERO Walkathon

Spitler Elementary will be having their WALK-WITH-A-HERO Walkathon on Thursday, June 1st from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at the Hart High School Track. There will be a silent auction and a 50/50 raffle. Concessions will be selling hot dogs, chips & cheese, snowcones, popcorn, hot Cheetos and water. Everything will be $1. There will be music during the event and LOTS of prizes to raffle off. 2nd annual Big Hole tournament

Lincoln Hills will host its 2nd annual Big Hole tournament fund-raising golf outing on Saturday, June 3rd to raise money for the support of The Salvation Army of Mason County’s Social Services programs.The event will be held at the Lincoln Hills Country Club, located in Ludington, Michigan. $60.00 per person will provide a great day of 18 holes of Golf with Cart, lunch, hole events, Hole In One Car sponsored by Urka Auto Center, and A Grand Prize raffle for Round trip transportation on Lake Michigan Car Ferry and a Round of Golf at Whistling Straits Irish Course for your foursome.Registration at 8:30am with Shotgun start at 9:00am.Golfers sign up by calling the Lincoln Hills Pro Shop at 231-843-4666. Organized by The Salvation Army Advisory Board, the golf tournament is part of the annual campaign to raise funds to support the Mason County Social Services programs of The Salvation Army.

This event is free to those with special needs. Bring a nutritious dish to pass and your own table service. Hot Dogs, Lemonade and Ice Water will be available. They expect around 100 people to attend, please be generous in your donated food dish portion.
